Initial Consultation
Dr. Drashti, your Ayurvedic practitioner, will take your detailed health history and evaluate your state of health/imbalances during your initial consultation. Dr. Drashti will also assess your balance/imbalance of Doshas using various Ayurvedic assessments methods such as tongue examination, pulse examination, Trividha Pariksha, Dashvidha Pariksha, etc. She will ask you necessary questions to analyze your body and the mind constitution, as well as your Agni (digestive capacity). Thereafter, she will educate you on how to balance your diet and life style according to your unique body type. Please know, the initial consultation may take up to 60 minutes to complete. You will receive specific recommendations which are made to restore balance in your Doshas (Primary bio-energies). They are as follows:
- Ayurvedic dietary guidelines
- Lifestyle modifications
- Daily and seasonal routines
- Ayurvedic supplements & herbs
- Ayurvedic therapies – Panchakarma (detox)
- Ayurvedic rejuvenation methods
- Yoga, breathing techniques & meditation.

Duration: 60 minutes
Follow Up Consultation
An Ayurvedic practitioner will assess your health using the Ayurvedic examination tools. In the follow up session assessment is mainly for monitoring the progress, and how previous recommendations have balanced your Vikruti (Imbalances). Thereafter, an Ayurvedic practitioner will share insights on modifying your recommendations (if needed) or continue your prior regimen.

Duration: 30 minutes
